Weekend a couple of weeks ago~

Voi ei, olen unohtanut julkaista tän! :D :

Lähdimme melko pian ensimmäisen koulupäivän loppumisen jälkeen ajamaan kohti serkkuni Helin kotia. Olimme siellä koko viikonlopun ja juhlimme Helin, hänen siskonsa ja isänsä synttäreitä. Heli täyttää pian 18, hänen siskonsa on täyttänyt aikaisemmin 30 ja heidän isänsä täyttää huomenna 60 vuotta. Meillä oli taas kerran todella hauskaa Helin kanssa, mutta samalla on surullista, ettemme näe nyt pitkään aikaan toisiamme. Tosin, tavanomaisesta poiketen olemme nähneet tänä kesänä useammin kuin yleensä ja se on ollut todella mukavaa! En ottanut paljon kuvia, mutta pelasimme erilaisia lautapelejä, katsoimme videoita, juttelimme, leikimme nuorempien lasten kanssa yms. Viikonloppu oli pitkä mutta mukava. :)

We started out drive trip to my cousin Heli's home almost right after school on Friday. We spent the whole weekend there and celebrated Heli's, her sister's and father's birthday. Heli will turn 18 soon, her sister had turned 30 earlier and their father will turn 60 tomorrow. We had lots of fun with Heli like always, but at the same time it is sad that we will not see each other for a long time by now. Though, we have seen each other quite often this summer which is unusual and it's been very nice! I didn't take many photos but we played different board games, watched videos, talked about everything, played with younger kids etc. This weekend was long but nice! :)

Week with my cousin<3 (part 2)

Perjantaina pääsimme sinne Särkänniemeen ja päivä oli aivan mahtava! Sää oli aurinkoinen ja lämmin ja meillä oli hauskaa! Kävimme monissa laitteissa sekä uudessa Koiramäessä, joka on siis Mauri Kunnaksen luomien koirahahmojen satumaa. Siellä oli ihania eläimiä lehmistä pupuihin ja koiranpennuista lintuihin! Huvipuistossa oli myös uusi Angry Birds Land, jossa oli myös pakko käydä! Siellä oli suurimmaksi osaksi pienten lasten laitteita, mutta pääsimme mekin jossakin käymään. Osallistuin moniin peleihin, mutta palkintoja sain vain narunvedosta, josta voitin Rubikin kuution ja onginnasta, josta sain muistipelin. Kävimme syömässä Hans Välimäen perustamassa, uudessa Midhill -ravintolassa ja siellä hän sattuikin itse olemaan, joten kävimme pyytämänsä nimmarit ja yhteiskuvat! Hans oli todella mukavan oloinen mies, vaikka ei aina MasterChefissä siltä aina kuulostakaan! :D Olimme Särkänniemessä yhteensä reilu seitsemän tuntia, joten kotiin lähtiessä oli aika uupunut olo. Seuraavana päivänä viikkomme Helin kanssa olikin jo lopussa ja lähdimme viemään häntä kotiin, jossa vietimme myös yön. Viikko oli aivan mahtava, kiitos siitä!<3

We got a chance to go to Särkänniemi on Friday and I must say that it was awesome day! The weather was very sunny and warm and we had so much fun! We tried many devices and went to a new Koiramäki which is a wonderland of cartoon dogs made by Finnish writer Mauri Kunnas. There were many lovely animals like bunnies, cows, puppies, horses, birds etc! There was also a new Angry Birds Land and we just had to visit it too! There was mostly devices for little kids but there was some devices for us too. I also played many games but I only won Rubik's cube (from a game where you pull a string and win something every time) and a memory game from a fishing game. We went to eat to a new restaurant called Midhill founded by Finnish chef Hans Välimäki. And Hans was there too, so we went to ask for autographs and photos. He was really nice man, not as bad as he's in MasterChef  in TV. :D We spent over seven hours in Särkänniemi so we were very tired when we left for home. Next day our week with Heli was about to end and we brought her home and also spent the night in their home. The whole week was just awesome, so thank you for it!<3

Week with my cousin<3 (part 1)

Viime viikolla rakas serkkuni oli meillä vierailemassa koko viikon ajan. Meillä oli yhdessä todella mukavaa ja teimme kaikenlaista kivaa! Hän tuli meille lauantaina 20. päivä kun juhlimme pappamme synttäreitä. Sunnuntaina olimme kahden serkkumme yhteissynttäreillä. Maanantaina menimme mökille, jonne myös kummini tulivat. Minä, siskoni ja serkkumme nukuimme teltassa yhteensä kaksi yötä. Keskiviikkona tulimme takaisin kotiin ja olimme kolmistaan kotona ja teimme yhdessä ruokaa, josta tuli onnistunutta ja maukasta! Torstaina meidän piti mennä Särkänniemeen mutta tuli pari muuttujaa eikä sitten mentykään, mutta sen sijaan kävimme parilla kirpputorilla, kaupoilla ja Rantaterassilla syömässä. Perjantaina onneksi pääsimme sinne pääsimme sinne Särkänniemeen ja teen siitä erillisen postauksen, koska kuvia on paljon. Ja lisään siihen postaukseen myös loppuviikon tapahtumat. :)

My dear cousin came to visit us for a week last week. We had very fun and we did lots of nice things together! She came here on Saturday July 20th when we were celebrating our grandpa's birthday. We were also celebrating the birthday of my two other cousins. Next day we went to our summer cottage and my godparents came there too. I, my sister and cousin spent two nights in a tent. We went back to our home on Wednesday and our parents and my godparents stayed in our summer cottage so we were just three of us. We decided to make a dinner together and it tasted very good! We had planned to go to Särkänniemi (an amusement park) on Thursday but things didn't go as planned so we visited a couple of second hand stores instead. We also went to eat to a place called Rantaterassi in the beach and after it we went to grocery store. But luckily we got a chance to go to Särkänniemi on Friday and I will do a new post about it later because there's many photos from there and I will also tell about the end of the week in the next post. :)

Maatalousmessut :) ~ Agricultural event :)

Olimme siis tänään Seinäjoella maatalousmessuilla ja siellä oli tosi kivaa. Esillä oli paljon koneita, myyntikojuja, kotieläimiä ja paljon muuta! Eläimistä tulikin otettua kuvia erittäin paljon, mutta minkäs minä sille mahdan, että ne on niiiin söpöjä (ainakin suurin osa :D)! Erityisen suloisia olivat tiput, miniatyyrihevoset, kilit ja lampaat! Ostoksia tuli myös tehtyä, kuten vaikka tuo ylisuloinen pöllölaukku ja Elonkerjuu-paita. Siellähän siis esiintyi Elonkerjuu ja oli tosi hyvä keikka! Ensin oltiin kuuntelemassa aika kaukana ja ihmisiä, puita sekä autoja oli niin paljon edessä, ettemme oikein nähneet mitään mutta sitten siirryimme lähemmäs ja pääsimme suht hyvälle paikalle katsomaan. En ole itse ennen oikein Elonkerjuusta perustanut, mutta kyllä se hyvin veti ja tunnelmaan pääsi hyvin mukaan. Ja nimmaritkin piti kaikilta pyytää myös tottakai! Kotimatkalla kävimme ABC:lla syömässä ja heseruoka nomnom!<3 Päivä oli mukava ja mielenkiintoinen, mutta nyt kyllä väsyttää! :)

So, we were in agricultural event in Seinäjoki today and we had lots of fun. There were lots of different machines, booths, domestic animals and so on! I took so many photos about animals, but I can't help it because they are sooooo cute (at least the most of them :D)! Especially the baby chickens, miniature horses, baby goats and sheeps were very, very cute! I also bought some things like that so cute owl bag and the T-shirt which says ''Elonkerjuu''. Elonkerjuu is a Finnish band which gave a gig in there and it was very good! First we were listening from a distance and people, trees and cars were on our way so we couldn't see anything but then we moved closer and got quite good places to see and enjoy the concert. I didn't like Elonkerjuu so much before this day but it was very good and there was nice atmosphere. And we also got autographs from every member or the band, of course! On the way back to home we went to ABC to eat and I eated hamburger meal from Hesburger, nomnom!<3 This day was very nice and interesting but now I'm tired! :)
